Tasty Folk is an event collective rooted in Afro House, Deep House and other underground House music. We care about the full experience, how it sounds, how it looks and, most importantly, how it makes people feel. Tasty Folk is a culture we build together, through music, events and the people who are part of it.

A place where we come together, connect, dance and feel free. With the perfect blend of Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afro House, we celebrate The Freedom of Sounds: music without boundaries, cultures coming together and an energy that connects us all.

TULA stands for culture, freedom, connection and community.

Forget genres. Beyond the Threshold, Mark Thresh’s project, is all about music without boundaries. With cumbia as its foundation, he explores a world of Afro grooves, electronic sounds, rock, and jazz. His sets are energetic journeys of discovery filled with unexpected combinations, where nothing is fixed and every transition opens up new musical worlds.

Pearl of the South Seas. High Rollin Street Hustlers. Eindje’s Finest. Reasonably Urban. Just a handful of picks from the archives to pin down this amorphous bunch. But ‘Eindhoven based collective, started off in 192005 as some friends kicking local parties and doing fun stuff. Time flew, more people got involved, and the parties got out of hand. 10 years of CAKE. 10 years of Good Music.

Since 2016, CAKE has been bringing exciting artists and fresh sounds to Eindhoven. Founded by Wing Mok, CAKE has grown into a staple of the city’s nightlife, built around one simple focus: Good Music.

From funky and soulful grooves to energetic, up-tempo sounds, CAKE has never been about fitting into one box. It’s about the music, the energy and the freedom to play what feels right.

Over the past decade, CAKE has welcomed artists including Salute, Edzon, Martello, OneMan, Wantigga, Franky Sticks, FortBeige, Turne, Urvinho & Faya, Cinta Soul and Y’skid, bringing new sounds, cultures and energy to Eindhoven.

10 years in, CAKE still stands for the same thing: good music, great artists and coming together.
